Interim Vice President or Director, Human Resources

From time to time, organizations may find themselves without someone to lead their HR organization. This may be due to many reasons including: the resignation of the head of HR, a company initiated action, a planned or unplanned absence of the HR VP or Director, a sabbatical, extended vacation or leave of absence. In these circumstances, responsibility for the management of the HR organization is often added to the workload of another executive, or given to a more junior member of the HR team.

Should you find yourself in this situation, we can provide an Interim VP or Director, Human Resources to provide leadership to your HR organization ensuring professional and high quality continuity of service to your employees and organization during a period of vacancy.

If your vacancy becomes permanent, we will work with search firms and your organization to develop the appropriate job description (working “inside” the organization provides a unique vantage point), interview and “vet” HR candidates to ensure the perfect fit for your organizational needs, and transition your new head of HR into his/her new role.
